Sarkis Atoyan

Sarkis Atoyan is an associate with Andrews • Lagasse • Branch & Bell LLP. Mr. Atoyan’s practice focuses on the representation of employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, with a particular focus on the defense of wage & hour class actions and representative action lawsuits under the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA).

Prior to joining Andrews • Lagasse • Branch & Bell LLP, Mr. Atoyan worked in the labor and employment practice group of a prominent national law firm. He specialized in evaluating class action data and conducting damage calculations for nationwide class actions, with a special emphasis on wage and hour class actions.

Mr. Atoyan obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University in 2009. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2015 where he graduated with a concentration in Corporate Law. During law school, Mr. Atoyan served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gary A. Feess of the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Atoyan worked as a Senior Consultant at a leading litigation consulting firm specializing in employment, healthcare, and financial litigation. During this time, he applied his mathematical background to assist clients with computational aspects of employment law, including statistical analyses and damages modeling.

Mr. Atoyan is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
