Marshall R. Lurtz

Marshall Lurtz is an associate at Andrews • Lagasse • Branch & Bell LLP. His primary practice areas include class, collective, and representative actions and labor and employment law. Mr. Lurtz represents clients in State and Federal Courts throughout California, in addition to various alternative dispute resolution forums.

Mr. Lurtz is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and participates in its Labor & Employment Law Section.

Mr. Lurtz received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kansas. During this time he also studied Political Theory and German at the University of Bonn, Germany. Mr. Lurtz received his J.D. degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he graduated with Honors. While in law school, Mr. Lurtz was an Editor for the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and externed for Hon. Joseph N. Camacho in the Superior Court of the Northern Mariana Islands. Mr. Lurtz also received a scholarship to study both Private and Public International Law in Pristina, Kosovo.

When not practicing, Mr. Lurtz enjoys long-distance running, reading, hiking, and golfing. He also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
