Deric Latendresse

Deric Latendresse is an associate at Andrews Lagasse Branch + Bell LLP, where he focuses his practice in employment law and business litigation. Mr. Latendresse’s practice includes representing the firm’s institutional clients on a variety of employment litigation matters from wrongful termination and harassment to wage and hour matters. Mr. Latendresse advises clients on issues involving business transactions and policy development. Mr. Latendresse also represents defendants in premises liability and personal injury claims.

Prior to joining Andrews Lagasse Branch + Bell LLP, Mr. Latendresse worked as In-House Counsel for a Fortune 1000 technology company drafting and negotiating contracts in support of the company’s North American Business operations as well as leading the legal department’s Global Real Estate efforts.

Mr. Latendresse received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2016 from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he externed with the Washington State Office of the Attorney General and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington. Mr. Latendresse also earned his M.B.A. in 2014 from Eastern Washington University and his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2008 from the University of Washington.

Mr. Latendresse in an active member in the Spokane community serving on the Board of Directors for the Spokane Guilds’ School & Neuromuscular Center. Mr. Latendresse is admitted to the State Bar of Washington.
